Landz offers a broad range of capacitive sensors to solve object and level detection applications reliably. The superior design, high quality and performance establish the reliability and higher productivity. Such sensors are applied to detect fill level of various non-conductive materials, such as pellets, powders and liquids, directly or through non-metallic containers. Due to non-contact, wear-free and bounce-free output signal, such sensors detect objects regardless of color or texture.
Landz's capacitive sensors includes a wide variety of M12, M18 and M30 sensors with pre-wired cables or respective connectors. All these product lines are built with reverse polarity and short circuit protection. Flush mounting capacitive sensors employ a concentrated electrical field used for object detection up to 15 mm distance of virtually any object regardless of color, texture or material. Non-flush mounting versions of the sensors, using a spherical electrical field that compensates for material adhesion with sensing distances up to 25 mm, are ideal for level detection of bulk material or liquids either directly or through a container wall.
