Landz has a good quality control system by which the entities review the quality of all factors involved in production. The attempts are to improve and stabilize production and associated processes so that the defects in the first place can be avoided, or at least minimized.
Landz places an emphasis on four aspects to secure the product quality:
• Elements. Routine job’s management, defined and well managed processes, performance, batch by batch inspection and identification of records.
• Raw Materials. The sources are sorted out from well-known suppliers carefully, so as to ensure the excellence of quality and long-term supply.
• Competence. Engineers’ knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, training and international communications.
• Soft elements. Personnel integrity, confidence, organizational culture, motivation, team spirit, and quality relationships.
Besides the internal system, we cooperate with internationally recognized third-party institutes to provide independent and impartial inspection and certification services. Their verification and certification of compliance with contract requirements help protect both the clients and Landz.
